Interesting article

As a person who works in an art museum, I found this to be a very interesting article about what we truly are looking at when we visit a museum. "At the Louvre, Many Snap but Few Focus, and Mona LIsa Smiles On" from the New York Times.

It is a sad sign of the times. They say that Minnesotans go through museums and exhibits the slowest b/c we read all the signs. I went to the MOMA a LONG time ago and could have stood all day and looked at the same painting... I still remember everything about it, the colors, how it felt to stand there and take it in. Wish I could go back.
