Well Friday is here and there is another topic from Illustration Friday. This weeks word is "Emergency". With creating this image I wanted to illustrate what would be after an emergency rather than the emergency itself. It is colored ink on a linoleum block with pen and ink. Hope you like!

Interesting substrate! I too like the simplicity of the drawing...
Thanks Cynthia. I know the substrate is a little weird. I had a small piece of this linoleum block and had no tools to carve it so I used it as simply another substrate. Amazing what an artist will sometimes do with the scraps around the studio!
