Ode to Winter

I figured it was time to do another ode to Old man winter with the beautifully cold air that is upon us. Nothing like going outside and being welcomed with -30 below windchills. So, here is my rendition of what you might look like if you ventured out and had some fun! Maybe your cheeks would be more red? Guess I won't be finding out myself.

We had snow last night and today it is melting. That is the way it should always be -- snow, then melt.

Yeah, I don't think the snow is melting here anytime soon. When it goes from snow and turns itself into ice compaction, that's just too cold! Talk about glacial.

Great rendition!

I know I should be thankful we have 4 seasons and just embrace winter once and for all, but, I want summer back.
Remind me not to complain next summer when it's 100 degrees outside.

Amen to the summer comment Cynthia. But I think I would be falling behind on things if I had the summer activities to distract me! Sometimes its good to have the freezing cold to keep me on task. Thanks for stopping by and have a great rest of the week!
